The Communigator Park Monitoring system has been developed By Enform Web Solutions in association with Waihi Beach Top 10 and Papamoa Beach Top 10 Holiday Resorts. It is being used by both of these Parks as part of their core Park Management.
Park Monitoring is a web-based service which means you can access it from anywhere you can connect to the internet, whether that’s through a mobile laptop connection out in the boat or from a hotel in Europe on that well deserved break!
Web based services also mean you no longer have any of the headaches associated with installing and upgrading software on your computers. Your data is delivered from your private secure site and is regularly backed up so you don’t have to.
Park Monitoring delivers the following services:
• Housekeeping; a full quality control and scheduling system for the cleaning of facilities in your park. This can be set up to suit your own individual requirements based around how you currently manage these services, it’s extremely flexible. As your records build over time you can review and adjust your KPI’s for these tasks ensuring a continual quality improvement program.
• Task Checklists provides the ability to manage a raft of tasks and jobs that need doing throughout your Park by automatically assigning them to the right people with when it needs to be completed by.
These may be daily tasks, such as procedures associated with the opening and closing of the Park, or security & safety measures that need to be done on a regular basis – things that cannot be left. You have the visibility for what’s been done and what hasn’t been done. The scheduling options are very comprehensive and range from daily, days of week, weekly, monthly, annually or once off.
• Maintenance Tasks; these crop up daily and some are urgent. Using the Hotlist any staff member can log a task and it can appear on a touchscreen LCD monitor located in the area where the maintenance staff can easily see the requireme
